MARINE MACHINE have the experience required to overhaul diesel & gas engine cylinder heads. A full report for each cylinder head accompanied by images during each stage of the overhaul procedure will be provided on completion. Cylinder heads are overhauled following the manufacturers guidelines & to a very high standard. All parts are carefully cleaned, calibrated, & inspected for damage. All measurements are recorded & submitted along with the overhaul report.
We have a dedicated machining facility for cylinder head repairs in Southampton for valve seat oversizing, sealing face grinding and manufacturers modifications.
